Reclusive and quiet, Dani is a computer science student who has a hard time talking to her peers and staying awake during class; her social skills arent fully to blame, her close friends tell her she can look a bit intimidating to people that don't know her due to her eye bags and dark aesthetic, although shes bad at speaking in public when shes with people shes comfortable with she becomes much more light hearted and talkative.
Even though Dani doesn't mind going out when she feels like it, her introverted heart can't help but love the cozy comfort of her home; often occupying herself with hobbies and learning new things, but also wasting a lot of time doing nothing at all because its easier and takes less energy than leaving the house. Ashanti is by her side to push her out of her comfort zone, taking her on walks and going out to dates on a small scale so Dani can remember its good to get outside and get fresh air and sun on her face.
While Dani and Ashanti are quite different, they provide a good balance in each others lives, Ashanti will give Dani space and quiet time when she really needs it, and she gladly listens along to Dani explaining a new show or video game and will often watch along with her or watch her as she games; in return Dani cooks whatever Ashanti wants that day, even if its something she hasn't cooked before as she learns something new along the way.
